T-Storm Teaser

The weather forcasted a thunderstorm today. We didn't get one, which it too bad. It was warm and muggy, it would have been a nice day for a rain shower.

Between the weather finally getting nicer and the parking lot being full on campus at 11:15pm on Monday, you know the semester is getting close to its end. In less than a month I'll be done with school, possibly for the rest of my life. That is really scary when you think about it. I've been doing essentially the same thing for the past 22 years, if you count pre-k. And now I can see the end. I'm looking forward to moving on though. It will be a nice change. :)

I missed class today.

This morning I woke up and brushed my teeth like normal. Then I felt really dizzy. I kept on getting ready, but I was too dizzy. I laid down for a while. Then tried to get up and get ready again, but couldn't. So I decided I was going to stay home from my morning class. I slept for an additional 3 1/2 hours and dreamed of a fabulous Renaissance fair with Dwight Shrute and an awesome gypsy costume and a slide. It was great. Now I feel much better, but I still am a little off.

We're gonna rock down to...

School began on Monday. I have 3 classes. STAT 860: Linear Models I, STAT 725: Introduction to SAS programming, and STAT 716: Nonparametrics. Good times. 860 is going to be hard. The other two shouldn't be as bad. 725 only goes for 5 weeks. That is nice.

This is my book cover for 860. A clever name for a book indeed. Not to mention the author was one of the people interviewed for our department head.

Walking to School

On my way to school today, I was lucky enough to catch a prize. I'm not really sure why I won it, but I did.
