O Foto Books

So today at school, one of the boys goes, "Hey, Mrs. D, at lunch, Kyle said you were hot." I was like, "Yes." and then just walked away. What do you say to that? I just pretended it was nothing and joked about it. Oh! Even better...

Yesterday at school in the morning I got a phone call so I stood up and talked on the phone. Then I hung up and sat down. But my butt was only about 1.5" over the chair and all I did was push it away and sit on the floor. Luckily no students were in my room, so I just laughed, and sat back down.

Buying a house in Manhattan costs way too much money. I've decided.

P.S. Jayme is pregnant!

yeah, but manhattan really sucks. I was looking around and there is nothing under 68,000. But in other cities there are. They arent great, but they exist.

I don't think I've seen a house for under a $100,000 here. Housing costs are always very high.

Save as much money as you can afford so you can put a large deposit on a house one day and avoid large monthly payments and PMI (insurance mortgages charge when you dont have 20% equity in the house) It is worth the wait but don't worry, You can do it. You and Shannon are patient. Either that or find something that you can rent some out to students! Good luck bubbala.
